Romeo's & Juliets
The Romeo’s fellowship group began in 2005 when a couple of parishioners organized breakfast and luncheon get-togethers with other men in the Church. Within a short period of time, we gathered a list of retired men who may be interested in joining the group - which named themselves – The Romeo’s – Retired old Men Eating Out.
Along with Father Michael, everyone on the list was invited to meet at the Church for the purpose of creating the following set of rules for the Romeo’s:
- No one person is in charge
- Political discussions area not allowed
- The group will meet about 6 to 7 times per year
- But most importantly, there really are not any firm rules!
We meet at different restaurant locations and from time to time we have a joint meeting with the St. Luke’s women’s fellowship group – The Juliets.
